1. Hot-Pressed Densification for Structural Integrity

Standard sintered components may contain internal porosity that can affect structural stability under load. By using a hot-pressing process, Telite Ceramics supplies dense Cerium Hexaboride rod products for structural and thermal applications. Whether the design requires a support component or a durable hot-pressed CeB6 ring, material density and machining condition are commonly considered during selection and assembly evaluation.

2. Concentricity Control for Thin-Walled Structures

Manufacturing long rods or thin-walled components can be challenging because vibration during grinding may affect dimensional consistency or local edge condition. When producing a precision CeB6 tube, we use CNC grinding to control inner and outer diameter concentricity.
